Start with the basics so we can understand the size, timing and type of event you are planning.

The venue setup determines staffing, travel, equipment, load-in and whether we need to quote additional furniture or outdoor protection.

Private-home and backyard events are reviewed individually and are not automatically approved.

4Build Your Live Embroidery Bar

Our live embroidery station brings professional personalization directly to your event. Guests choose their detail, watch it stitch live and leave with something made especially for them.

Example: company logo embroidered in advance + each guest's name or initials stitched live.

What matters most for this activation?

This may be different from total event attendance.

Live embroidery throughput varies by design complexity, merchandise, personalization choices and event flow. We’ll recommend staffing and setup after reviewing your event.

Invitation, mood board, brand guide, event logo or inspiration images: paste links, or send them by email after we reply.

6Budget & Planning

This helps us recommend something realistic for the size and scope of your event.

Before you send: Offsite events are reviewed for venue suitability, staffing, travel, project requirements and availability. Events are not reserved until approved and the required non-refundable deposit is received. Events generally require at least two weeks’ notice. Travel, additional staffing, equipment, merchandise, décor and extended time may affect the final quote.

We review your date, venue, guest count and creative needs. If the event is a fit, we’ll recommend the experience, staffing and setup and send next steps for pricing and booking.

Nothing is reserved until the event is approved and the deposit is received.
