Program Policies
Program Registration
To register for a workshop or program, families must sign up online for the easiest and fastest booking experience.
All registrations should be completed at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class or workshop.
If you plan to bring any BYO items, you are required to email the host at nandita@thebostonartistry.com in advance so we can prepare and ensure a seamless experience.
Workshop Cancellations
If you are unable to attend a workshop, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance in order to receive studio credit toward a future workshop.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled workshop are not eligible for credit.
Missed workshops are not eligible for credit.
If Boston Artistry must cancel a workshop due to weather, instructor illness, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances, families will be notified as soon as possible. In that case, you may choose either:

a full refund, or

credit toward a future Boston Artistry program
Workshop Transfers
If space is available, you may request to transfer your child to another workshop. Transfers are not permitted within 72 hours of the scheduled workshop.
General Program Policies
A parent or caregiver must be physically present to check in and check out all participants for drop-off programs.
Please arrive as close to your scheduled start time as possible. We do not offer early drop-off, as instructors use that time to prepare materials and set up the classroom environment.
Late Pick Up Policy
All children must be picked up promptly at the end of their designated program.
If an emergency prevents a timely pick-up, Boston Artistry must be contacted as soon as possible with an updated arrival time.
If we have not been contacted within 10 minutes after the program ends, a staff member will attempt to call the parent or caregiver.
If we are unable to reach them, we will contact the emergency contacts listed on file.
Medical Consent
If a child requires medical attention during a class or program, Boston Artistry will first attempt to contact the parent or guardian.
If the parent or guardian cannot be reached, a Boston Artistry administrator may arrange for treatment as necessary.
Toileting Policy
All students age 5 and older enrolled in a drop-off program must be fully toilet-trained and able to manage toileting independently.
This includes:

using the bathroom without assistance

managing clothing independently

handling personal hygiene needs independently
Boston Artistry staff are not permitted to assist students with toileting.
If a student requires bathroom assistance due to healthcare or support needs, a parent or guardian must remain on site to provide one-on-one support.
Lost and Found
We strongly recommend labeling all personal belongings with your child’s name.
Boston Artistry is not responsible for misplaced, lost, or stolen items. Any labeled items that are found will be placed in the studio’s lost and found area.
Private Events, Birthday Parties, and Camps
Private events, camps, and birthday parties are generally non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, requests must be made at least four weeks in advance of the scheduled event.
Approved reschedules are subject to:

Additional Policies
The Boston Artistry reserves the right to dismiss a child from a session if their behavior is disruptive to the program, other participants, or staff. This decision is made at the sole discretion of Boston Artistry.
To help us create the best possible experience, families must share any relevant information regarding a child’s behavioral history, emotional needs, physical limitations, or support needs prior to the session.
Failure to disclose important information may result in Boston Artistry determining that the program is not the right fit. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
If a child does not meet the age requirement for a session, they may be asked to leave and will not receive a refund.
No refund will be issued if a child is dismissed from a session for any reason.
