Program Registrations

To register for our workshop, you can choose from three options: in-person, online, or by phone. Yet, we strongly suggest online registration for its convenience. Please keep in mind that booking your spot at least 72 hours prior to the start of the class or workshop is crucial. If you fail to attend at the beginning of the session, your spot may be given to another client on the waitlist.

Workshop Cancellations

If you are registered for a workshop but unable to attend, it is necessary to cancel at least 72 hours beforehand in order to receive full credit toward a future workshop. However, if you cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled workshop, no credit will be issued. Please note that refunds or credits are not provided for missed workshops by Boston Artistry.

In the mid of unforeseen circumstances such as weather, illness, or low enrollment, Boston Artistry may cancel a workshop. If this happens, you will be notified urgently and can request a full refund or credit to be utilized towards any future programs at Boston Artistry.

Workshop Transfers

If space is available, you can request to transfer your child to another workshop. Transfers are not allowed within 72 hours of the workshop.

All Program Policy

We ask that all caregivers or parents are physically present to check in and check out their participant(s) at drop-off and pick-up. Please arrive as close to your scheduled start time as possible. There are no early drop-offs for any programs, as our instructors use that time for material and class setup.

Late Pick-Up Policy

All children must be picked up at the end of their designated program. If an emergency should occur and a parent or caregiver cannot arrive at the pick-up time of their designated child, it is important that Boston Artistry be contacted and information given about the whereabouts of the parent or caregiver and their expected time of arrival.

If Boston Artistry is not contacted within 10 minutes of the end of a program, a Boston Artistry staff member will call the parent or caregiver. If they cannot reach anyone, the staff member will contact the next names provided as emergency contacts.

Medical Consent

Parents or guardians will be contacted if a child requires medical attention during class. If the parent or guardian cannot be reached, an administrator of Boston Artistry will arrange for treatment as necessary.

Toileting Policy

It is mandatory for all students aged 5 or above who are enrolled in the drop-off program to be completely toilet trained and able to manage both bladder and bowel movements on their own. This includes being able to fulfill their toileting needs independently, including personal hygiene and undressing/dressing if necessary. It is important to keep in mind that the Boston Artistry staff is not permitted to aid students with toileting in any manner. If a student has healthcare requirements and needs assistance in the bathroom, a primary caregiver/guardian must be present to provide one-on-one assistance.

Lost and Found

Boston Artistry recommends labeling all personal items with your child's name to avoid misplacement or loss. It is important to note that Boston Artistry cannot be held responsible for any misplaced, stolen, or lost items. In the event of a lost labeled item, it will be placed in a designated lost and found bin at Boston Artistry.

Private Event / Birthday Party Policies/ Camps

Private events, Camps, and birthday parties are typically non-refundable. Nonetheless, if you need to cancel your party, camp, or private event, you have the option to request a reschedule as long as you do so at least 72 hours before the event's scheduled date. Please be aware that a change fee of $99 will be charged, and a different date can only be accommodated subject to availability.

Other Policies

Boston Artistry reserves the right to dismiss a child from a session if their behavior is disruptive to the Program. This decision will be made at Boston Artistry’s discretion. To ensure that our session is appropriate for your child, we kindly request that you provide us with all relevant information regarding your child's past experiences and behaviors. Failure to disclose information about your child's special needs, behavioral issues, or physical limitations may result in Boston Artistry not being the best fit for your child, and we will be unable to refund your payment in such a case. If we discover that your child does not meet the age requirement for the session, they may be asked to leave, and no refund will be issued. Furthermore, no refund will be given if your child is asked to leave the session for any reason.
