To begin booking, email us with your preferred package, desired date and time, estimated guest count, the birthday participant’s name, and their age. ​ Once availability is confirmed, a deposit is required to officially secure the event. Final RSVP is requested one week before the party so we can confirm staffing, materials, allergies, pizza, add ons, and the final invoice.

We focus on originality, confidence, and meaningful creation. Guests are not copying templates. They are designing something personal that they can wear, use, and feel proud of long after the event.

01. Choose Your Party Package.   Review our birthday party options and decide which creative project feels best for your child. Project options may include BYO custom sneakers, sports balls, slime, tote bags, apparel, and other hands-on art experiences.   02. Send Your Preferred Date and Details.   Email us with your preferred package, desired date and time, estimated guest count, the birthday participant’s name, and their age.   03. Confirm Availability and Place Deposit.   Once we confirm availability, a deposit is required to officially secure your event in the online booking system. We do not offer temporary holds on party dates.   04. Finalize Guest Count and Party Details.   Final RSVP is requested one week before the event. This is when we confirm the final invoice, staffing, materials, allergies, pizza, decorations, and any add-ons.   05. Private birthday parties require a minimum of 8 participants and can accommodate up to 18. The BYO custom sneaker party is the only private event exception and may be booked with a minimum of 6 participants. Please contact us with your estimated guest count so we can recommend the best project, setup, and package.

We recommend reaching out as early as possible once you have a preferred date, time, and package in mind. Party dates are not temporarily held, so a deposit is required to officially secure your event in the online booking system.

We host a wide range of creative art, fashion, and design celebrations, including: • BYO Sneaker design parties • Wearable art experiences such as tees, denim jackets, totes, hats, and more • Canvas painting celebrations • Mixed media art workshops • Birthday parties for kids, teens, and adults • Bachelorette celebrations and bridal gatherings • Bat mitzvah and milestone celebrations • Baby Shower gatherings • Gender reveal celebrations • Family celebrations and private group events Our studio is also perfect for creative gatherings with friends, multi-generational family experiences, and small group celebrations. ​ Each party is a guided design experience where guests create their own personalized project, turning the celebration into something meaningful, memorable, and wearable.

All birthday party packages include a professionally guided, hands-on art or design experience; selected paints, tools, and materials for the chosen package; structured creative instruction; Polaroid keepsake photos; a digital invitation; and light studio décor. ​ The studio provides organic juice, water, and popcorn. For parties with 10 or more participants, one large cheese pizza is included. Additional pizza or food requests should be discussed in advance. ​ Premium packages may also include custom pre-drawn designs, extended design instruction, and optional complimentary professional touch-ups when eligible. Complimentary touch-ups are available only for premium-level parties and require that projects be left at the studio at the end of the party. Turnaround is based on the studio schedule; sometimes 10+ days.

Yes. Families may bring cake or cupcakes. We provide a cake knife, plates, napkins, and utensils. Cupcakes are preferred because they are easier to serve, but cake is completely fine. Families should bring candles if needed.

Yes. We offer a decor upgrade that includes balloons, table runners, matching decor, and a surprise TV sign. Please request this upgrade before your party, so our team can prepare everything in advance.

Please let us know about all food allergies and dietary restrictions at the time of booking. The Boston Artistry is not a nut-free or allergen-free facility, and food is prepared and served in a shared environment. ​ Parents are responsible for notifying us of allergies and providing allergy-safe alternatives if needed. With advance notice, we are happy to omit or adjust food offerings when possible.

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early. Our parties often run back-to-back, which helps our team properly prepare the studio for each celebration. ​ Guests should arrive on time so everyone can begin the creative project together.

If a guest arrives late, our team will do its best to help them catch up. Late arrivals may have less time to complete their project because parties run on a set schedule.

No. Guests do not need art experience. Our team guides everyone through the project in a fun, supportive, and beginner-friendly way.

Parent stay options depend on the age group, guest count, and party format. We are happy to discuss what works best for your celebration.

No. Our mock-ups are hand-drawn idea starters created by the artist. They are not screen-printed templates, coloring pages, stencils, or exact outlines meant to be copied perfectly. ​ Each mock-up/pre-drawn provides participants with an easy starting point for a more advanced creative project or a premium party package while still leaving room for personal style, imagination, and artistic decision-making. ​

Each mock-up is part of the artist’s creative work and teaching method. We ask guests and families to respect the hand-drawn style because it reflects the heart of the experience: an artist-led project, not a mass-produced template. ​ The goal is to make advanced custom art feel approachable while still honoring the originality, effort, and creative direction behind each design.

Our mock-ups/pre-drawn intentionally reflect the artist’s handwriting, sketching style, and creative process. The hand-drawn look is part of the philosophy behind The Boston Artistry Sneaker Bar™. We do not want participants to simply color inside a printed template. We want them to experience the feeling of building a custom design from an artist-guided starting point.

Yes. Pre-draws are meant to support creativity, not limit it. Participants may add colors, details, names, patterns, symbols, or personal touches to make the final project their own.

Party length depends on the selected package and project. Most parties include creative studio time, guided instruction, celebration time, and cleanup.

Depending on the package, yes. In some cases, projects may need additional drying, touch ups, or finishing time. If that applies, our team will explain the best pickup or completion option before or during the party.

Reschedule requests must be communicated at least 4 weeks in advance. All reschedules are subject to studio availability, and a $99 change fee will apply.

Private events, camps, and birthday parties are non-refundable.
